Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Vehodo account and all your data at any time. Deletion is handled via an email request and processed within a maximum of 40 working days.
How to delete your account
Send an email request
Email halo@vehodo.com from the email address linked to your Vehodo account.
Use a clear subject
Use the subject “Delete Account” so we can identify your request easily.
Include verification info
Include your account email (and name, if any) so we can verify the account is yours.
This opens your email app with the subject & body pre-filled.
Processing & grace period
Once we receive your request, deletion is processed within a maximum of 40 working days. During that period, the deletion can still be cancelled.
Grace period — reversible
Your account is scheduled for deletion. You can cancel it anytime by signing back in to the Vehodo app to reactivate your account.
Permanent deletion
Your account and all your personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Account profile: name, email, and profile photo
- Vehicles, service history, documents (Document Wallet), and fuel logs
- Community content tied to your identity
- Notification tokens and preferences
Some transaction/payment records may be retained where required by law or accounting obligations.
