1Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Vehodo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 17 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping the Google account used to sign in secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle data you enter.

3Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Enter false, unlawful, or third-party data without permission.
• Misuse community features for spam, fraud, hate speech, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Abuse vehicle QR or workshop access beyond its purpose.

4Nature of the Service

Vehodo is a tool to record and remind you about vehicle maintenance. Reminders, schedules, and the Vehicle Health Score are estimates based on data you enter and are not a guarantee of your vehicle’s condition. Service decisions remain your responsibility and that of professional mechanics.

5Premium Subscription & Payments

• Vehodo offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan (e.g. IDR 29,000/month; pricing may change with notice).
• Payments are processed by Midtrans. By subscribing you are also subject to Midtrans’ terms.
• Premium features remain active for the subscription period. Unless required by law, payments already in progress are generally non-refundable.

6Verified Workshops (HED)

• Workshops may apply for verification. Verification means a workshop passed our checks — it is not an endorsement of service quality.
• Verified workshops must use QR access and customer data only for legitimate service purposes.
• We may revoke verification in case of abuse.

7Referral Programme

• Commissions follow the applicable scheme and may have a monthly cap.
• Payouts are made to the account you register, after verification.
• Fraud (fake referrals, manipulation) voids commissions and may close your account.

8User Content

You keep ownership of the content you create (posts, photos, records). By uploading, you grant us a licence to store and display it solely to run the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

9Intellectual Property

The Vehodo name, logo, design, and software belong to PT Vehodo Digital Indonesia. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or vehicle damage arising from reliance on the app’s reminders or scores.

11Termination

You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
